Organization

Developing a strategy deals with setting a course for the organization. However, direction only will not get the organization anywhere. Movement is needed in the intented direction. The organization must be mobilized and strategic changes must realized. Usually, more is required that making operational plans and new organizational diagrams. New capabilities must be developed and a supportive culture must be nurtured.
